Overview & Description:

Orange Liberia places critical importance on network performance as a key driver of Quality of Service (QoS) and customer experience. The Network Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance, availability, and reliability of the telecom network infrastructure. The role ensures continuous improvement through KPI tracking, performance reporting, and data-driven analysis. Additionally, the position provides direct support to the Partner Manager by monitoring partner performance, validating KPI reports, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring full compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities:

Network Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Monitor daily network performance KPIs (availability, accessibility, retainability, throughput, latency, congestion, etc.).
  • Analyze network alarms, outages, and performance degradation trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Track site performance, outages, MTTR, and improvement actions.
  • Identify recurring faults and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and chronic performance issues.
  • Monitor capacity utilization and forecast potential congestion risks.
  • Support optimization initiatives to improve QoS and customer experience.

Reporting & Performance Governance:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of performance data and KPIs.
  • Maintain historical performance databases for trend analysis and benchmarking.
  • Provide performance summaries for management review and decision-making.

Partner Performance & SLA Compliance:

  • Support the Partner Manager in monitoring partner performance against SLAs and KPIs. 
  • Validate partner performance reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up on action items agreed with partners and ensure timely closure.
  • Track partner deliverables, commitments, and timelines.
  • Highlight gaps, risks, and performance deviations to the Partner Manager.
  • Participate in partner performance review meetings and provide analytical input.
  • Escalate persistent SLA breaches and recommend performance improvement plans.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in telecom network operations, performance monitoring, or managed services.

Experience: •

  • Strong understanding of mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), transmission, and power systems.
  • Experience working with vendors/partners and SLA management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent reporting, and presentation
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills • Willingness to learn and adapt
