Talwa HR Solution is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients in the Media industry for the position below.

Overview & Description:

The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong leadership, project management, and operational improvement expertise. The operations manager will optimize daily operations and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
  • Develop and monitor performance goals for teams and key projects.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and warehouse logistics.
  • Ensure legal compliance and best practices in operations.
  • Implement cost-effective systems to improve processes and productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning, client projects, and market initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and address service quality concerns.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through improved service and problem resolution
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Finance, and HR, to align operational strategies and achieve overall business objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Perform other tasks as may be required

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field with at least four years of minimum experience in relevant field. A master's degree will be an advantage
    • Proven experience in operations or project management.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in operational software and data analysis tools.
    • At least five years of relevant experience
